Lead a 10 member team, supervised the modeling of all the characters . Worked on the topology for the hero fairies and helped implement the facial blendshape pipeline.
Was responsible for creating delivery schedules and bids, adhering to timelines and delivering assets on time for the other departments.
Assisted animation and rigging with shot based sculpts for facial animation and deformations
